Project Overview
This custom wrought iron greenhouse project was completed by YouFine for a private villa in Ireland. The client wanted to enhance the architectural character of the villa with bespoke iron structures installed on two different floors.
The design included a three-sided wrought iron gazebo on the second floor and a double-sided wrought iron gazebo on the third floor. Since both structures needed to integrate precisely with the existing building, accurate measurements, detailed engineering, and careful production planning were essential.
From the initial design consultation to factory trial assembly, our team paid close attention to every structural detail. By combining customized design with rigorous quality control, we helped ensure that the finished gazebos would fit the building properly and deliver the elegant appearance the client envisioned.

Custom Design & CAD Drawings
Every successful custom lean to sunroom project begins with accurate measurements and a well-developed design.
For this Irish villa project, YouFine’s engineering team carried out detailed dimensional assessments during the initial design phase. Based on the building’s layout and the client’s requirements, we prepared CAD drawings to define the dimensions, structural framework, connection points, and installation details of both gazebos.
Because the structures were intended for different floors and had different configurations, each design needed to account for its specific installation conditions. Our team carefully reviewed the dimensions and structural relationships to minimize potential fitting issues during on-site installation.

Factory Trial Assembly & Quality Inspection

Before surface finishing and delivery, both custom wrought iron gazebos underwent trial assembly in our workshop.
This step was particularly important for a project requiring precise integration with an existing villa. Our team assembled the relevant components and inspected the overall structure, checking the alignment of doors, windows, decorative elements, and connection points.
Any potential dimensional discrepancies could be identified and addressed before the products left the factory. This process helped reduce the risk of on-site adjustments and ensured that the structures were ready for their intended installation locations.
After confirming the fit and alignment of the components, we proceeded with the surface finishing process.
At YouFine, factory trial assembly is an important quality-control measure for complex custom iron structures, especially projects where installation accuracy directly affects the final architectural appearance.
On-Site Installation & Client Feedback
Following production and factory inspection, the custom wrought iron gazebos were delivered to the villa in Ireland for installation.
We were pleased to receive positive feedback from the client, who confirmed that the on-site installation went smoothly and that the completed project met their expectations.
The successful installation demonstrated the value of careful dimensional assessment, detailed CAD planning, and factory trial assembly. By addressing potential fitting issues before shipment, our team helped make the installation process more straightforward for this bespoke residential project.
This project reflects YouFine’s commitment to providing customized iron gazebos that combine architectural elegance with practical engineering and dependable manufacturing quality.
