3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Custom Orders

All orders are custom and require a detailed consultation process. Orders are confirmed only after:

• Site survey and measurements (where applicable)
• Design approval by the client
• Signed contract and deposit payment
• Confirmation of delivery and installation schedule

3.2 Payment Terms

• 40% deposit required upon contract signing
• 60% payment due upon manufacturing completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, certified check, or approved financing

4. Manufacturing and Delivery

4.1 Manufacturing Timeline

Standard manufacturing time is 6-12 weeks from design approval and deposit payment. Complex or large-scale projects may require extended timelines, which will be communicated during the consultation process.

4.2 Delivery and Installation

• Professional installation is included in all projects
• Site preparation is the client's responsibility
• Access requirements and permits must be secured by the client
• Installation timeline depends on weather conditions and site accessibility

5. Quality Assurance and Warranties

5.1 Quality Standards

All structures are manufactured using premium materials and craftsmanship standards developed over 18 years of experience. We use high-grade iron, tempered glass, and professional-grade hardware.

5.2 Warranty Coverage

• Structural integrity: 10-year warranty
• Glass panels: 5-year warranty against defects
• Hardware and mechanisms: 3-year warranty
• Finish and coating: 5-year warranty against fading or peeling

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site measurements and access information
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Ensure proper site preparation and foundation work
• Provide safe and clear access for delivery and installation
• Maintain structures according to provided guidelines
• Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns

7. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products under warranty. We are not liable for:

• Delays due to weather, permits, or site conditions beyond our control

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and proprietary manufacturing processes remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the design for their specific project but may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission.

9. Cancellation and Design Changes

9.1 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours of contract signing: Full refund minus design fees
• Cancellations before manufacturing begins: 75% refund
• Cancellations after manufacturing begins: 25% refund
• No refund after delivery

9.2 Design Changes

Design changes are acceptable before manufacturing begins. Changes may affect pricing and delivery timeline. Change orders require written approval and additional payment where applicable.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information is used solely for project execution and customer service. We do not share client information with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
